Software Installation:
            We’ll send you a fully customized client CD.  Simply insert the CD, enter the username and password provided for you, and follow the onscreen instructions.   A Symagio representative is available to assist with any technical questions.

Initial Backup:
            Once the software is installed, you select which files to backup.  It’s simply point-and-click: the green check means ‘please backup’, the red check means, ‘no thanks.’  Our program will then backup these files at the schedule of your choosing – daily, weekly, monthly, or on demand. 
            Depending upon the size of the initial backup and your Internet connection speed, the time for the initial backup may vary.  Most of our clients like to do this overnight or on the weekend.  Alternatively, we offer a special express installation where we come to your office and physically transfer the initial backup, greatly reducing the time needed for this first backup and enabling us to backup all of your data, regardless of the size.  
           
Data Transfer:
            Your data is compressed, encrypted and then transmitted through your broadband Internet connection to our secure data center.  Our software handles everything – leaving you to worry about only one thing: your business.

Consecutive Backups:
            Using revolutionary technology, each consecutive backup only transmits the bytes of the documents that have changed, thereby drastically decreasing time and bandwidth needed for your backup.  Our express installation and BitBackup technology enables us to back up all your files, no matter the size.  Our program runs automatically in the background.  Most clients forget it is even there.  No more hassles or worries – we give you the ultimate peace of mind.

Restore:
            Point-and-click.  Select the Restore option, and a screen directs you to elect which files you’d like to restore.  Choose a complete restoration or only elect the most recent versions of certain files; you can come up with virtually any combination of files to restore.  You decide in this easy-to-use interface. 
            Experienced a complete hard drive failure?  No problem.  Simply reinstall our software using your specific username, password, and encryption key, and elect to do a complete restoration. 

Need Help?  Simply give us a call and we can help you through most technical difficulties using our Remote Control plug-in which you can download directly from our website.  We can remotely manage the software (with your permission, of course) anywhere, anytime.
